Privacy & Confidentiality

No part of the Client’s confidential and proprietary information, ideas, business plans, and trade secrets (collectively “Confidential Information”) shall be outside of Media Reaches without the Client’s express knowledge and approval. Media Reaches has no right and license to use any of the Client’s data, assets, or materials outside the terms of the agreement, and only to the extent necessary to provide the services to the Client.

The reproduction, distribution, and of Media Reaches strategies, assets, and materials by anyone but Media Reaches is strictly prohibited. The Client shall not infringe any of Media Reaches copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. All provided materials, assets, strategies, and Confidential Information by Media Reaches and/ or its representatives belong solely and exclusively to Media Reaches, and may only be used by the Client as authorized by Media Reaches.

Video and phone calls will be recorded for quality and training purposes. The Client may request access and view recorded calls at any time during the term of service. Media Reaches reserves the right to distribute excerpts of recorded calls and proof of campaign results in our internal marketing campaigns for testimonial purposes.

Portfolio Release:

Client agrees that Media Reaches has the right to use materials created pursuant to this Agreement for Media Reaches portfolio, samples, and self-promotion including advertising for Media Reaches business including without limitation Facebook or Instagram, or any other social media platform. In the event Client wishes to exclude some specific materials from the release under this paragraph or to limit the time period of such release, Media Reaches and Client may agree in writing to such limitation.

Terms of Service

Media Reaches is committed to providing all participants in the agreement with a positive experience. Thus, Media Reaches may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate this agreement if the Client becomes disruptive and/ or demonstrates inappropriate or abusive behavior towards Media Reaches and/ or its representatives, fails to follow program guidelines, or impairs Media Reaches ability to perform services.
